High-strength blow-molded pallets, manufactured using a single-step extrusion-blow molding process, are typically made from HMWHDPE, which has a weight-average molecular weight of approximately 350,000 to 400,000. This plastic material has exceptional adaptability to ambient temperatures and can operate stably in environments ranging from -40°C to 40°C, making it the preferred choice for plastic pallets requiring high-intensity use. Due to the high cost of the raw materials used and the technical complexity of the processing, these high-strength blow-molded pallets offer an exceptionally long service life of 5 to 10 years. While the initial purchase price may be higher, the overall cost of ownership is relatively low. These high-strength blow-molded pallets are a good choice for demanding applications.
