Leakage Pallet Compatibility Issues
Leave a message
As mentioned above, plastic pallets come in many different types based on their bottom shape. Not every pallet is compatible with all forklifts. Some plastic pallets can only be used with mechanical forklifts, while others can be used with both mechanical and manual forklifts. Below is a detailed description of each pallet, with features included:
1. Double-Sided Plastic Pallets
Flat Double-Sided Plastic Pallet (For four-way use only by mechanical forklifts)
Grid Double-Sided Plastic Pallet (For four-way use only by mechanical forklifts)
2. Single-Sided Plastic Pallets
Flat Nine-Foot Plastic Pallet; Grid Nine-Foot Plastic Pallet (For four-way use by both mechanical and manual forklifts)
Flat 'T' Plastic Pallet; Grid 'T' Plastic Pallet (For four-way use only by mechanical forklifts)
Flat 'C' Plastic Pallet; Grid 'C' Plastic Pallet (For four-way use by mechanical forklifts, two-way use by manual forklifts)
Whether a pallet can be used by both mechanical and manual forklifts depends primarily on the pallet's bottom structure. For example, double-sided or 'T' pallets, with their bottom crossbars or flat surface, cannot be accessed by manual forklifts. Even if they can be accessed, the forks are stuck in the middle of the pallet, making it unusable. Therefore, consumers must carefully consider their specific needs when purchasing plastic pallets to avoid purchasing a pallet that is unsuitable for their needs.
