4 Drum Spill Pallet

Designed to accommodate four standard hazardous chemical barrels, the pallets are evenly spaced for stability and collision-free storage. The 15-25cm high side panels prevent spills from obstructing access and trapping. The removable non-slip grating allows for easy cleaning, and damaged parts can be replaced without waste.

HDPE plastic is used for less corrosive applications, offering a more cost-effective solution. 316L stainless steel or specialty plastics are used for more corrosive applications or organic solvents, offering increased corrosion resistance. The four-barrel pallet has a total load capacity of 800-1200kg and is less susceptible to damage even from forklift collisions.

The pallet has a large leak-control capacity, capable of accommodating a full spill, providing increased safety. A plugged drain hole at the bottom allows for easy cleaning without moving the pallet; simply remove the plug and drain the spill to a waste container.

The bottom features anti-slip padding or textured surfaces, preventing slippage and tipping of barrels on wet surfaces or during forklift operation. For applications requiring static electricity, such as gasoline storage, an anti-static design can be added to dissipate static electricity and prevent explosions. It can also be equipped with a liquid level alarm to alert you of excessive leakage.

It can be used for workshop transit, warehouse storage, and laboratory reagent storage, making it easy to transport by forklift.
